i'm trying putting the dlc things in the game folder but i keep on going back to the game and its not showing up.

I've downloaded all the DLC's yet I can't install the rpa file or move them into the actual game. This is only one Moment thats a fully separate game file download. Download the .apk file and install it to your device. I just tried again, but it seems, now it is working.
